What are the normal club hours?

Staffed Hours:

Mon-Thur......8:00am - 8:00pm
Friday/Sat....8:00am -  5:00pm
Sunday........Members only

Members Only Hours:

Mon-Fri ......  8:00pam - 8:00am
Sat 5:00pm - Monday....8:00am

What are normal childcare hours?

Mon-Fri........8:30am - 12:30pm and 4:00pm - 7:30pm
Saturday......8:00am - 11:00am -Sunday no child care
 

          What are your general policies/procedures?

Members and guests acknowledge that they are physically able to engage in any activity, program, or training provided and agree that all exercises and use of this facility are undertaken at their own risk. They also agree to accept full responsibility for all personal belongings. Derogatory remarks involving any other member, guest, or club personnel will not be permitted.

          What are your rules?

Our rules are categorized into four sections. Please understand they are in place to ensure each member's right to a clean, safe, hassle free workout environment.

Proper Clothing & Hygiene:

  • Appropriate athletic shoes only. No street shoes, boots, or sandals are allowed in workout areas.
  • Any apparel or accessories deemed inappropriate or offensive by the management will not be allowed.
  • Clean workout clothing is required. Management will address any unsatisfactory visible hygiene condition and corrective action may be required.
  • All other clothing and shoes must be kept in lockers Please keep all valuables at home. Again, we are not responsible for any lost or stolen items.
  • Please avoid heavy perfume or cologne.
  • No belt buckle, blue jeans, or loose jewelry items can be worn in workout areas.

Equipment and Cardiovascular Area:

  • Please be courteous at all times.
  • Allow others to work I on the equipment during your rest periods.
  • Keep hands and feet away from all moving parts and weight stacks.
  • DO NOT attempt to repair or adjust any equipment that has malfunctioned.
  • Report any equipment problem immediately to the staff.
  • Use your workout towel to wipe off equipment and benches after use.
  • If you are unfamiliar with the use of any equipment, please ask a staff member for assistance.

Weight Room Area:

  • Again, please be courteous at all times. Allow others to work in during your rest periods.
  • Rerack all weights after each use.
  • If dumbbells appear loose or cracked, report to the staff immediately.
  • Always use a spotter when attempting maximum weight.
  • Collars and clips are to be used for “free bar” lifting.

Food and Drink:

  • Bottles with spills proof lids are allowed in all areas of the club.
  • Please consume all food items, shakes, and supplements drinks at the front desk.
